Paul A. Rabalais is an attorney certified by the Louisiana State Bar Association as a specialist in Estate Planning and Administration. He earned his law degree in 1990 from Louisiana State University Law Center, and he earned his Masters in Tax Law from Boston University School of Law in 1991.
After working for some of the top law firms in the State of Louisiana, he started The Rabalais Law Firm (A Professional Law Corporation) in January, 1995. Since 1995, Mr. Rabalais has served more than 2,000 clients. He has given hundreds of seminars on estate planning strategies for Louisiana residents. He is the author of “Estate Planning in Louisiana: A Layman’s Guide To Understanding Wills, Trusts, Probate, Power of Attorney, Medicaid, Living Wills and Taxes.” |
