Paul A. Rabalais is an attorney certified by the Louisiana State Bar Association as a specialist in Estate Planning and Administration. He earned his law degree in 1990 from Louisiana State University Law Center, and he earned his Masters in Tax Law from Boston University School of Law in 1991.

After working for some of the top law firms in the State of Louisiana, he started The Rabalais Law Firm (A Professional Law Corporation) in January, 1995. Since 1995, Mr. Rabalais has served more than 2,000 clients. He has given hundreds of seminars on estate planning strategies for Louisiana residents. He is the author of “Estate Planning in Louisiana: A Layman’s Guide To Understanding Wills, Trusts, Probate, Power of Attorney, Medicaid, Living Wills and Taxes.”

Stephanie Purdy has been employed by The Rabalais Law Firm since 2000.  She has been serving as Paul Rabalais’ Legal Secretary and Office Manager during this time, while working closely with the clients of The Rabalais Law Firm. 

The Firm has provided Stephanie with many opportunities for professional advancement.  One of the tangible extras that she is now able to bring to the table is her status as a Notary Public.  Her professionalism and attention to detail has helped the Rabalais Law Firm to maintain its long standing reputation for high quality service and customer loyalty.

Laura Bittel graduated from Murray State University with a B.S. in Organizational Communication. After graduation she married and moved to Louisiana with her husband. 

In February of 2006, she joined The Rabalais Law Firm. Laura loves meeting new people, helping others, and listening to great client stories. She has become a valuable asset to this firm through her organizational skills and commitment to assisting clients.  Laura enjoys growing professionally where customer loyalty is a top priority.
